On Saturdays, Sabor de Minas ramps up the experience with their signature Feijoada, a sumptuous Brazilian black beans stew served with collard greens, farofa, pork belly cubes, and sliced oranges—a soulful dish deeply rooted in Brazil’s culinary heritage that promises comfort and celebration in every spoonful.
The restaurant’s beverage selection further enriches the dining experience. Guests can unwind with a glass of robust Malbec or savor the refreshing zest of a Piña Colada, all while enjoying an ice-cold Stella Artois Belgium that perfectly cuts through the richness of the meal. Whether indulging in wine or cocktails, the drinks here are thoughtfully curated to enhance the bold flavors of the cuisine.

Found this gem through the Too Good To Go app — an app that lets you rescue perfectly good food that would otherwise go to waste, while scoring an amazing deal. My surprise bag here? What an awesome Brazilian restaurant located in Newark! We've been there on a Saturday for lunch. Staff was so lovely with us! We were missing the warm and welcoming Brazilian way. Food is all delicious - my wife had the feijoada, and I had the picanha, both delicious. And don't miss the desserts, they are so good!
Was in town for a business meeting and stop by this Brazilian restaurant, the food was great and the waitress services were amazing too.
I went on a weekday for lunch with a co-worker, good selection at the buffet (prices/lb) of sides, salad, meats, and rodizio meat service. They also have menu with entree options, deserts, coffees, and a full bar. Prices are on the high side for lunch, but I would go back and try it out in the evening on the weekend.
Great service. I do go on the weekdays as you can’t beat the quality and price of the buffet. Great attentive service and good meats. My friend ate the rice and mashed potatoes and liked it. I went with veggies and Picanha, Rump steak, and pork sausage.
